The 49th European Optical Communications Exhibition (ECOC 2023) was grandly held at Scottish Event Campus from 2-4 October in Glasgow, Scotland. As the leading optoelectronic communication exhibition in Europe and one of the most prestigious and historic events in the field of optical communications worldwide, ECOC is the key meeting place for optical communications manufacturers, solutions providers and academic institutions to launch products, share knowledge, foster innovation and start cooperation on a global level. As an annual optical communications gala event, ShinewayTech took part in this exhibition again after 3 years of the pandemic.
Shineway exhibited successfully with fiber optic tester, fusion splicer, RF tester, ethernet tester, distributed optical cable sensing solutions and submarine cable monitoring & early warning system in this event. Among them, there are some new products debuts - MTP-200X advanced OTDR, OFS-100 clad alignment fusion splicer, OFS-95S core alignment with automatic fiber identification, CRC-20 intelligent optical cable routing calibrator, LIT-100 XGS PON power meter, etc.
At the exhibition, Shineway dedicated to introducing MTP-200X advanced OTDR with live demonstrations by setting up different network simulations for customers to test on site, which fully demonstrating OTDR analysis capabilities of short distance fiber link with multiple events and testing through splitters in PON networks. In addition, ShinewayTech featured product, OLT-55 intelligent bi-directional optical loss tester, received a large number of favors with excellent performance that automatically obtain the test results of bidirectional insertion loss and return loss by just pressing one button. Meanwhile, the optimized six-motor core alignment fusion splicer OFS-95S with automatic fiber identification function, can identify fiber type accurately and splices quickly with lower splice loss, which also won unanimous praised from customers.
